Line Leak Detector Testing

We provide line leak detector testing to verify that product line leak detection devices are operating properly and can identify leaks in pressurized piping between the storage tank and dispenser. This testing is required to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and to protect against fuel releases.

During testing, a controlled, measured leak is introduced into the system to confirm the leak detector responds appropriately by shutting off flow, restricting product, or triggering an alarm. The system must successfully detect a leak rate of 3 gallons per hour to meet federal and state requirements.
