Cathodic Protection Testing

We provide cathodic protection (CP) testing to ensure underground metallic fuel storage tanks, piping, and related components are properly protected from corrosion. Properly functioning CP systems are critical for preventing corrosion-related failures, maintaining safe operations, and complying with federal and state regulations.

During testing, CP systems are inspected and evaluated to confirm they are providing adequate protection. Cathodic protection testing is typically required every three years and helps extend the life of fueling system components.
