Overfill Device Testing & Verification

We provide overfill device testing and verification to ensure tanks are protected from overfilling during fuel transfers, preventing spills, environmental contamination, and safety hazards. Properly functioning overfill devices are critical for compliance with federal and state regulations.

During testing, devices are inspected for functionality and verified to shut off or restrict fuel flow at 90% or 95% of tank capacity. Overfill device testing is typically required every three years and helps maintain safe, reliable fueling operations.
